    We begin with alignment-based vinyasa, linking breath with mind, body, and movement, then transition to slow, floor-based postures with longer holds for deep rest. Dynamic and grounding leaving you recharged.

    Yin is a slow, meditative practice that utilizes longer holds to target deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Postures are primarily performed on the floor and held for 2-5 minutes, inviting inquiry into the body, mind, and breath.

    A 90-minute class with a full warm-up and technique work, followed by a Broadway-inspired combination with an emphasis on storytelling through movement.

    Connecting expert artists with professional and pre-professional dancers in intimate settings.
    Each 2-hour session includes a warm-up, original Broadway repertoire, and a post-class discussion—stewarding the artistic legacy of Broadway for the next generation.
