This ON / OFF retreat is timed with the vernal equinox — a seasonal reset and natural midpoint between light and dark — and inspired our programming to move, recalibrate, and deepen our practice, together. LORI ANN FERRERI

Lori Ann Ferreri is a multifaceted artist, performer, and mindfulness guide from New York City now living in Paris. Lori Ann embraces movement as a second language, which she weaves into her work as an artist, entrepreneur, and community builder. Working on Broadway as a dancer and actor for 20 years led Lori Ann to discover and appreciate yoga, and has been teaching internationally since 2012. Driven by her deep curiosity and commitment to continued learning, Lori Ann harnesses her mediums of art and motion in designing and imparting ever-evolving practices for well-being and personal growth. Follow: @loriannferreri

MADELEINE PAGE

Originally from upstate New York, Madeleine grew up practicing yoga, eventually spending eight years as a yoga instructor and teacher mentor in New York City. She relocated to Denver in 2020 to  Allumen Yoga, a yoga community offering bespoke classes, events, and teacher trainings. 

Drawing from over 2,000 hours of training in physiyoga and biomechanics, Yin and meditation, creative vinyasa, and trauma-informed yoga, Madeleine's passion is making yoga accessible to every body. Students love her innovative sequencing, inclusive and lighthearted teaching style, and reverence for this incredible practice.

  • - Daily Practice - 1-2 daily movement and restorative practices in an open-air studio with picturesque views

    - Accommodations - 6 nights of lodging at Casa Tara boutique hotel.

    - Meals - Three mostly vegetarian meals each day prepared by a private chef (plus snacks and refreshing beverages)

    - Local Excursions + Activities - Optional activities to explore the local culture + cuisine.

    - Excursions Transportation - We’ve hired a private driver to take us to and from our scheduled adventures.

    - Class Props - Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and more

  • Absolutely! We have shared accommodations that can sleep 2-4 people in a queen or separate bed. Please email us if you are booking with a partner or friend, and we will make sure you are placed in the same room.

  • There are two options for getting to Casa Tara Wellness Retreat:

    • La Paz International Airport (LAP) is less than an hour away — the closest option.

    • Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is about two hours away and typically offers more direct flights from major U.S. cities.

  • All dietary restrictions will be accounted for. Make sure to fill out your dietary needs on the registration form, and we will make sure you are taken care of.

  • Although included in your package, every activity and excursion on this retreat is optional.

    We recommend that you participate in the daily movement and mindfulness classes to experience the beneficial effects of the practice throughout the retreat, but we encourage you to take what you need from this trip and enjoy it.

  • Yes! We intend to curate a complete experience so you can do as much or as little as you desire. Aside from our 1-2 daily practices, meals, and excursions, the rest of the day can be spent relaxing by the pool, reading, or exploring the local village. We’ve got options to make this trip exactly what you need it to be.

  • - Airfare - Airline tickets

    - Massages + Spa - Treatments can be purchased separately upon arrival

    - Additional Adventures/Activities - Any activities and adventures you want to embark on outside of what we have curated.

  • Yes! Many participants travel solo, enjoy a whole week of adventure already planned for them, and leave with lifelong friends!
